Our co-founder, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with over four years of hands-on experience in Sharjah and a deep passion for the automobile industry, noticed a common challenge in the automotive repair sector. With the high volume of vehicles and limited staff, mechanics often have to prioritize the exact job a customer requests. While this ensures efficiency, it can sometimes mean that additional preventive checks—like gear oil or brake inspections during a routine oil change—are overlooked.

The result? Small issues can grow into bigger problems, leading to unexpected breakdowns, higher costs for customers, and unnecessary stress for everyone.

Carezy was created to change this.

Instead of replacing garages, we work alongside them—starting with the customer’s own trusted garage. Our platform helps track vehicle health, reminds customers about upcoming services, and encourages preventive care. This allows garages to serve customers more effectively, while giving drivers the peace of mind that their vehicles are being looked after with both care and foresight.
